Conference equipment from sound and projection to video and online streaming
Conference equipment
- A set of equipment required to ensure the smooth running of an event.
- The main groups of technical equipment include interpretation equipment and sound systems.
- Video equipment such as projection, cameras or displays.
- Voting devices, audio-video recording and laptops for presentations or other content.
Online video conferences
- We offer complete technical support for your online conference or event livestream.
- We provide Full HD or 4K cameras, lighting for speakers and digital video mixers.
- We provide sound systems, microphones, preview displays and streaming equipment.
- For online events with interpretation, we provide interpreters with the same level of comfort as at a traditional event.
- Interpretation is handled through a professional interpreter console, with no need to worry about switching languages on a computer or taking turns at laptops.
Video equipment
- We can provide a video recording of the event or speakers and, if required, video post-production such as editing, inserting other videos or images, and background music.
- Projection aluminium frame screens from 2.4 x 1.8 m up to 4 x 3 m, as well as simple roll-up screens.
- Projectors from renowned brands such as Optoma, NEC and EIKI with brightness from 3600 ANSI to 6000 ANSI.
- LED displays in various sizes, from 19" preview monitors for presidium tables to 55" conference screens.
Sound systems
- Sound is something people notice the moment it goes wrong — and stop noticing the moment it's right. We use equipment from FBT, Sennheiser, and Yamaha because it holds up through a full day of use and doesn't create problems we then have to solve during the event.
- A high-quality speaker and microphone are crucial elements. We use Sennheiser wireless microphones, and in some venues we also use digital signal processors to improve sound distribution.
- For some types of events, such as roundtable discussions, tabletop microphones are the right choice. They improve comfort for the speakers.
Voting devices
- Our company develops and provides voting systems of the FOR – AGAINST – ABSTAIN type, suitable for chambers, cooperatives and other organizations that regularly hold membership meetings.
- This form of voting significantly reduces the time needed for each vote and directly contributes to a more efficient event overall.
Additional equipment
- We can provide a laptop, presentation remote, projector, timer and, if needed, wireless Apple TV connectivity for video equipment.
- Lighting, ambient lighting, stage arrangements and interpreter contacts.
- We will prepare and send you audio recordings, video recordings from your event.
How we prepare conference equipment for a specific programme
Frequently searched questions about conference equipment
What is included in conference equipment?
Sound, microphones, projection, video, displays, recording, voting devices, presentation laptops, and streaming for online or hybrid formats — in whatever combination the event actually calls for. There's no fixed bundle; the setup depends on the room, the programme, and how many people are attending.
What is the difference between conference equipment and interpretation equipment?
Conference equipment covers the technical setup of the event as a whole — sound, projection, video, and so on. Interpretation equipment is the layer on top of that: booths, consoles, and receivers that handle simultaneous interpretation. At multilingual events, the two are planned together from the start so they work as one system rather than two separate setups that have to be reconciled on the day.
Do you also provide sound systems and online streaming?
Yes. Sound, microphones, cameras, streaming — it's all part of what we do. Most clients prefer having one team handle the full technical setup rather than coordinating between multiple vendors. We cover it end to end, which also means there's one clear point of contact when something needs to change.
