A few events we've worked on

These are real jobs — different venues, different setups, different combinations of equipment. A look at what we've done is often the fastest way to figure out what your event might need.

Most of our clients come back. These are some of the events we've supported — from compact single-language setups to multi-day conferences with several language channels, live streaming, and full technical operation.

Full technical coverage — sound, microphones, projection, and audio-video recording. The programme ran without interruption and the client left with a clean recording of the day.

One language channel, enclosed booth, sound, microphones, and lighting. A straightforward setup, but put together properly so the interpretation was comfortable for both the interpreters and the audience.

Tabletop interpretation booth, one language channel, table microphones. A compact setup suited to smaller rooms where a full enclosed booth would be more than the event needed.

Six language channels, large enclosed ISO booths. The venue had its own sound system that was up to the job, so we integrated with it rather than bringing in a parallel setup — which saved space and kept the room cleaner.

Three language channels, enclosed booths, sound, wireless and table microphones, video projection. Everything in one setup — no handoff between vendors, no gaps in the technical chain.

Sound, microphones, table microphones, cameras, and the full online layer. In-person and remote participants were covered from the same technical setup — one team, one plan, no separate coordination for the online side.

Sound, wireless microphones, video, lighting, and live streaming — brought together as one setup. What happened in the room translated cleanly to the stream, which is not always a given when these elements are handled separately.

What our references show about the way we work

No two events here use exactly the same setup — because no two events are the same. The references show how the individual services (interpretation, sound, video, streaming, lighting) get combined differently depending on the room, the programme, and the language count.
If you're in the early stages of planning, looking through these is a practical way to get a sense of what's possible and what a setup for your type of event typically involves. If something looks close to what you're planning, mention it when you get in touch — it gives us a useful starting point.

Frequently searched questions about our event references

What types of events are included in your references?

Conferences, seminars, multilingual meetings, corporate presentations, online events, and hybrid setups. The selection includes both smaller, tightly scoped jobs and larger events where several services were combined into one technical solution.

Can the same technical setup from a reference be adapted to another venue?

Yes — references give you a sense of the type of solution, not a fixed template. Every venue is different, every programme has its own flow. We take what's relevant from a previous setup and adapt it to your room, guest count, language requirements, and format.

Do your references include both interpretation and conference equipment projects?

Yes. Some focus on interpretation, others on sound and video, and several combine both. That's a fair reflection of how events actually get planned — rarely as one service in isolation.
