What to send us so we can prepare the right technical solution
The more we know upfront, the faster we can put together something useful. Helpful to include: the type of event, date, venue, expected number of participants, languages involved, and what you think you'll need — sound, interpretation, video, streaming, or some combination.
That said, you don't need to have it all figured out. A lot of clients come to us at the "roughly planning" stage. We'll help you work out what the programme actually needs and what can wait — then put together a quotation based on what you've got so far.

How quickly do you reply to event inquiries?
Quickly. If your message includes the key details — date, venue, format, languages — we can usually skip the back-and-forth and go straight to a proposed setup and quotation.
Can I contact you even if I do not know exactly what equipment I need?
Yes — that's a perfectly normal place to start. We'll ask a few questions about the venue, programme, and audience, and help you figure out what the event actually needs. You don't need to know the equipment list before calling us.
Do you prepare quotations for both smaller meetings and larger conferences?
Yes. A two-hour board meeting with one language channel and a two-day multilingual conference with streaming are both jobs we quote for — and the approach to each is different. The quotation is always built around the actual scale and requirements of the event, not pulled from a standard price list.
